Considering an NEV? Zenn offers limited-time steep discount (Ind. Report)

Zenn Electric Vehicles, based in Toronto, is offering a special price on its NEV: it's just $9,995 US until June 30, 2009. The company is hoping to entice new ambassadors for their brand. After June 30, the NEV will return to its regular price of $15,995, but the US EV federal tax credit of $1,250 will still be available (f or the duration of the sale, that amount is attached to the Zenn rebate.) This rebate makes Zenn the least expensive all-weather NEV in the world now, $2,000 less than Zap's best bargain.
