We wanted to share two recent media reports highlighting the progress of Azure’s collaboration with Ford on the Transit Connect Electric. The first was posted by a tough, experienced critic, Don Sherman of Automobile magazine. Mr. Sherman tested the vehicle in early August and submitted a lengthy review to Automobile which concluded: “After spending part of a day behind the wheel of the TC Electric, we'd conclude that the Ford and Azure Dynamics collaboration is an unqualified success. The second article comes from David Welch at Business Week. Mr. Welch spoke with Azure COO, Curt Huston, at our headquarters in Oak Park and drove the vehicle. His report concluded: “Ford and Azure Dynamics, the company that engineered the electric drive system for the car, may be onto something.” It can be seen in Business Week in its entirety.
